The home environment needs to be stimulating, yet peaceful. It should be encouraging and nurturing. Children need to learn to contribute willingly in all family activities. They need to understand why and how they should care for the environment around them. They need to know that structure and discipline are necessary to train them in the way that God, the family, and society expects them to act. They need to be taught and shown Godly principles. All family members deserve respect, honesty, loyalty and unconditional love. It is important that parents provide, in abundance, the two things that children want most – time and love.
