We always have had, and we always will have, difficult people in our lives. Whether it be in the family, the neighborhood, church, or work place, there will be that person that you don’t know how to handle, and don’t like being around. You are in a position where you are working with other people’s children and you are confronted by an angry parent who turns it into a personal attack. How do you cope? Another parent has a child who has been so indulged that they always try to bail the child out of trouble. The child has been disruptive and the behavior is totally unacceptable. The parent turns the blame on you or your organization. They are going to report you to higher authorities and are remorseless and blind to their own behavior, and that of their child.
